VOA 5. (Home) For Some, Religion Is Part of the College Experience

余震と夜中の豪雨のせいでまたあまり眠れなかったらしい。

音読、発音チェック、質問、意見を述べて関連トーク。必然的に宗教の話へ。
フィリピンではChristianが多いけど、Roman CatholicとBorn Again Christiansと違う流派があるらしい。後者はprotestantsともちょっと違うみたい。

次回、日本の宗教の現状について話すことになった。うちはお葬式とかは仏教に則ってやるけど、初詣やらお宮参りやらは神社でやるし、それは一般的なことだと説明したつもりなんだけど、いまいち理解されたかどうか怪しかったので。
あと、カルトcultにも言及しちゃったので地下鉄サリン事件の話もすると約束してしまった。
また明日予約してるので、今日中に英作文しないと。

異文化交流において宗教の理解は必然だと思うので、日本のことも頑張って説明してみよう。
