TED 2. Jay Walker on the world's English mania
本文はすでに2回レッスンしたので、音読して発音をチェックして欲しいと依頼。その後、英作文を添削してもらった。時間が余ったので、記事に戻ってディスカッション。
英作文の添削をしてもらうのはとても勉強になるのだけど、細かく突っ込んで聞くだけの会話力が追いついていない。。たどたどしく質問して先生が頑張って類推してくれた。
（先生の添削は以下の通りだったけど、lang-8にも投稿したら添削がついた。）

When I was
It was one of the school events for global communication.
<body>
Boys who belonged to a football(/sports) club played soccer game with Korean students.
On the other hand, girls who joined in a chorus(/singing) club including me sang songs each other and together.
Since there were some interpreters, I could communicate with a Korean girl.
We could greet each other by ourselves in English, like "Hello, my name is...".
<conclusion>
The experience was so impressive for me, the reason why it was the first time to talk with a foreign person in English apart from English lessons.
Although, we didn't know mutual national languages, like for example my Korean friends didn't know how to speak Japanese and I didn't know how to sepak Korean, we could(/were able to) communicate with each other
(So) It was the first step that I wanted to learn English more.

number with th + noun
ex) When I was in my 6th grade in elementary school. / I am a grade six student.
ex2) January 13, 2012 / 13th January
redundancy 重複表現 to avoid redundant words
flowery words 美辞麗句 Your essay is direct to the point. It's okay.
Although,however,apparanelty certainly should have comma.
