先生、寝不足って言ってたけど、そりゃ新生児抱えて仕事してんだからきついだろうなぁ。

今日のお題

In most countries multinational companies and their products are becoming more and more important.

This trend is seriously damaging our quality of life.

Do you agree or disagree?

Affect and effect are quite different in meaning, though frequently confused.

affect: primarily a verb meaning 'make a difference to' 影響を与える

effect: used both as a noun and a verb, meaning 'a result' as a noun,' bring about (a result) ' as a verb. 結果として引き起こす

than before / in there = inappropriate

plenty, a lot of, lots of – informal

many, enormous – formal
