寝かしつけが難航して開始時刻にPC起動、数分遅刻。先生ごめんなさい。

前回先生に教えてもらったサンプルテストから1つ選んでWordで作成。昨日のうちにメールに添付して送っておいたら、すぐ先生からメール受け取ったから明日以降のレッスン予約してねとのSkypeメッセージが着た。
1回目なのでIELTS公式サイトから。

なんとグラフの色を完全に勘違いして取り違えるという超初歩的なミスを･･･！ありえない。。
訂正が多すぎてここには書ききれないので、Wordの変更履歴を使って記録。
訂正をゆっくり口頭で言われたけど、いまいち頭が回ってなかったのと復習のためチャットボックスに書いてもらう。

＜主な注意事項＞

・TIP: Please understand the graph including the legend.

・Try not to use long sentences
・省略語は極力使わない。使うときはせめて最初に説明する。　UK = United Kingdom
・BritainはUKとイコールではないのでここはBritainのままでOK。（敢えて単語を変えてみようと思ったのが裏目に出た。）
・tillはinformalなので、untilを使う
・Especiallyはグラフの説明のようなときには使わない。Consequently,を使う。（ちょっと意味違うけど。）
・問題文で比較しろmake comparisonと書いてあるので、compared toなどを使う。

以下、先生の回答例。


The data shows a bar graph representing the number of people from Britain who enrolled in post-graduate education. Data was gathered on three specific time frames, namely 1970-71, 1980-81, and 1990-91. Furthermore, the information was divided according to male and female counts, and whether they were studying part-time or full-time.
Initially, for the 1970-71 figures, males had a high number of students in further education studies as compared to females. This was consistent for both in part-time and full-time education. The male numbers totalling to a million for part-time and a hundred thousand for full-time is in contrast to the female’s only seven hundred thousand and fifty thousand values for part-time and full-time respectively.
However, the number of female enrolls consistently increased in 1980-81, almost equalling the male numbers for those studying part-time and further surpassing the male records for those studying full-time.
Consequently, this increasing trend for the female part-time students peaked to as much 1 100 000 in the 1990-91 data collection, as compared to only 900 000 for the males. Not much difference is seen though for the values of full time students for both male and female as they had 200 000 each.
